Comments: Used first lap to settle into pace, reasonably steady all way round, round last stretch harder (with some GI issues). What would you do differently?: Not go to office party the night before; drink more before race (especially given temperature). Post race
Warm down: Straight to loos! Then walked and had recovery drink. What limited your ability to perform faster: 6 years out of running due to injury, and then only 7 weeks training.
