Fastest swim I have ever had, and the last 50m we had to walk on a slippery bottom. Goggles leaked

Swim faster I guess, but was very happy

Decided to wear a long sleeve shirt on the bike, so this took some time to put on a wet body.

Need a better shirt to wear that would be faster to put on

Shoe malfunction. When putting on shoe, sole kept sliding into to area, and since feet were frozen, hard to navigate

Find shoes that don't have soles, or have feet warmers

shoe malfunction, and really didn't train much before. Suprised by my swim since I was only in the water one time in a month.
