Comments: I had trouble getting my helmet on and then with getting it buckled! I took it off to make sure I didn't have it on backwards :) What would you do differently?: Practice putting helmet on quickly Bike
Comments: Bike time includes transitions (I think) so at least 3-4 min What would you do differently?: Practice cornering so I don't have to brake through the corners, spend a lot more time on the bike Transition 2
Comments: A friend was talking to me during the transition so it was a bit slower then it should have been. What would you do differently?: Not talk, focus Run
Comments: I felt like I was moving slowly and was cautious of the loose sand. The wind was gusting so that made things interesting. What would you do differently?: Finish stronger. More practice at 5k pace Post race
