a little stretching and walking. post race meal of pizza was provided.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

held back a bit on the bike because this was my first international distance race. wetsuit probably would have made my swim faster.

Event comments:

Very well organized and executed. The course and facilities were amazing. The entire course was closed for the race which was very nice. The swag was good and so were the post-race nutrition and the on-course aid. I plan on doing this race again next year.
