Post race
Warm down: a little stretching and walking. post race meal of pizza was provided. What limited your ability to perform faster: held back a bit on the bike because this was my first international distance race. wetsuit probably would have made my swim faster. Event comments: Very well organized and executed. The course and facilities were amazing. The entire course was closed for the race which was very nice.
