Terrible first ocean swim, near the back of the wave, need more practice in open water

need more warm up, do not try and stand too early at finish, need to swim further, as soon as you stood up the undertow pulled you back

slowed down 3 feet prior to finish and some guy passed me at the line, won't let that happen again

found the family, waited for a buddy to finish,had some food/water

Had a great time on the beach after the race, plenty of food, ocean was clean and temp good
