Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 5:00am. Ate two mini Sara Lee wheat bagels with butter between 5:00 and 5:30. Drove to the train station. Ate a banana with peanut butter on the train between 6:00 and 6:30. Released from corral at 7:25.
Event warmup:

Pilates 10 mins, floor core training 5 mins, side leg lifts 5 mins (at train station). Walked around race start for 30 mins.

Asthma problems at mile 8.

Event comments:

Not enough Gu/calorie stations. As a back runner, most of the Cytomax was also gone by the time I got there. I will try to start in an earlier corral next time.
