Comments: Overall I was happy with the swim. This was my second open water swim and I was much more comfortable in the water. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1

Comments: I was pretty happy with my performance. I really pushed hard and I think it may have affected the run a little. I think a much more even pace would have helped overall. What would you do differently?: Even out the effort Transition 2
Comments: another fast transition. first time i left the shoes on the bike but they did drag the ground slightly so I may need to make an adjustment there What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: Pacing was good, my legs were a little shaky at first during the run but i just tried to keep the cadence up. Time was a little slower than my last race but not too far off. I did not sprint the finish because I was completely spent by that point. Shoes left blisters on my arches. What would you do differently?: A little less effort on the bike would help the run. More training volume. Post race
Warm down: Walked a little bit, stopped by the pizza tent. Drank some water and a coke. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not used to aerobars.
