What would you do differently?: Really need to work on my freestyle endurance Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Need to work on cadence. Very happy with performance of bike. Started to cramp in calf muscles towards the end, not sure why as this has never happened before...electrolytes? Transition 2
Run
Comments: Was still cramping from bike leg which hampered first 1.5km of run, very frustrating. Happy with the run home though. What would you do differently?: Need to work on bricks of bike and run. Post race
