Comments: OUCH!!!! Extremely painful thanks to my sore legs, went as fast as they were willing but couldn't go fast, oh well least I didn't blow up. What would you do differently?: Not be sore. ![]() Transition 2

Comments: Legs really wouldn't respond much. Ran it as fast and hard as they would let me. Caught some people on the run and on the final stretch caught one last person to finish strong. What would you do differently?: not be sore ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around and ate food, beginning of a day filled with food! What limited your ability to perform faster: Need i repeat myself on the sore legs part? Sheesh it's sounding old isn't it now? Event comments: A fun race and since it was cool there wasn't need to have water on the run course, just on the bike. Post race stuff was decent, like having food and "won" cookies, 2 people in my age group not counting the overall winner is kind of pathetic if you ask me. Last updated: 2011-10-26 12:00 AM

Woke up had a banana 2 gels and a propel fitness water. Got to the race site and had a major problem, the race didn't have my name listed and had couldn't find the receipt on my email, wasted a half hour and was P/Oed! Before i can even get to the race stuffs i have to say i was running on sore legs thanks to Jedi practice thursday night, didnt think it would keep me sore >.<
