I am quite happy with T1. My times have usually been above 2 mins. In Geelong it was 3:30. So I got out of my wetsuit damn quickly and got moving without pause.
What would you do differently?:

I really wish I mount the bike more efficiently, but all that matters is safety I s'pose.

Smashing ride, but I wasn't the fastest! Darn it. Never mind. I am happy with this ride. This is the quickest 20k I've ever done. :)

Taken more advantage of downhills/downwind? I really can't think of much else.

Warm down:

Lots of walking. It was a bit humid and as soon as I stopped running, I started dripping sweat. I mean, it was flowing freely. I wasn't alone. Lots of other athletes in the same boat.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pressure - sounds weird but I'm addicted to winning and so keep putting heaps of pressure on myself. I feel like I am expected to win now. Crazy.

Event comments:

Way better organised than USM Geelong. Oh, and now I have one of each medal - Gold, Silver, Bronze. Wish they were all Gold.
