Had a lot of trouble getting the suit off my arms. Generally unfocused in this transition.
What would you do differently?:

Don't wear Garmin. Wear road ID under the wetsuit arm.

Could not get my head into the race. Kept slowing down for no reason. Didn't make good decisions with shifting on the up and down, small hills. Felt my grove at the end but it was too late.

So I had a nice, clear approach to the dismount line and still managed to crash. Totally embarassing. I wasn't even trying to do anything fancy. Just didn't get my leg over my saddle completely and tripped myself up.

Should have drank more buy I had a full bladder and didn't want to add to it. Had a negative split which is good.
What would you do differently?:

still not feeling super engaged in the run but was a little better than the bike

Event comments:

The post race activities are actually pretty good, but it's very crowded. The long lines are discouraging and that's why I gave it an Average. Also, the loud band competed with the loudspeakers which made it difficult to talk to friends while standing around a lot of the area outside transition.
