Wow - I did everything I practiced for. Swam really well for me - just off the corse to much. Sighting is new goal.

What a run - I caught up w/ those bikers that passed me slow and steady. I ran great for me - Ice down front and back of shirt every water station. I ran strong the whole time and caught alot of people. Finished just as strong!

Pack up and take off for hot shower.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Bike Bike Bike - sighting sighting sighting. This is what I will work on for next race.

Course: Swim to cone and back - race on Dam site so low current out and w/ current on return. - I couldn't go straight! Need lots of practice sighting. Could have done 10min faster if I stayed on corse. 1st race w/ wetsuit. Great confidance booster.
