I know I am a little slow on the swim but I was a little fasster than last year. Few weeds to deal with but in all a good swim.

Get a little better in the swim.

Calmer heads prevail, after a few races I am seeing that being calm and trusting these transition trainings really help the times lower.

Practice mounting more.

Different bike, TT type get away from the fitted roady.

Little hick-up in coming in, I almost went down the wrong lane. Slight correction at the last minute. Thats the 3 sec part.
What would you do differently?:

At least walk the entries and exits. That 3 seconds could be worth it some race.

Don't hold back in the first 2 miles, I had my stride right away should have just nailed it.
