Comments: Not a great swimmer, stayed calm and didn't have any issues even after getting kicked in the nose. It bled for the entire swim. What would you do differently?: More swimming get a little faster. Transition 1
Comments: Maybe should have taken a little time to get in a little food, thought I could do it on the bike but wasn't enough. Sick on the bike 2x I think drainage from my nose set this off. What would you do differently?: Maybe go slower after a hit like I took in the swim. Bike
Comments: Not a great ride but good considering using a road bike. Have to think about upping my ride if I would like to drop time. What would you do differently?: Additional long rides at low speed just for duration rides. Transition 2
Comments: Fairly smooth transition, was really low on energy at this point. What would you do differently?: Stop in transition and eat/drink before departing on the run. Run
Comments: Did not have a good run, HR was funny never going up and still no effort to give. Mentally I wanted to go but no gas in the tank. What would you do differently?: In training I need to go back to the accumulation running instead of the duration training I have been doing. Post race
