Comments: Didn't push as hard this year, no fluids at all on the bike, should stick to higher cadence like training for a sprint like this. What would you do differently?: Better bike is the next step. Transition 2

Warm down: Short jog What limited your ability to perform faster: Speed work and being comfortable at a faster pace. It may be time to get out of my comfort zone and get into a group for all 3 sports. Event comments: Great starter race for a good cause.
