Pre-race routine:

I had some egg whites (Hungry Girl original egg cup) and two wasa crackers at home, knowing that I would have some bagel at the race site. I had about half a bagel at the race site.
Event warmup:

Talked to Uncle Phil, Aunt Cathy, Aunt Patty and Elizabeth before the race. Bumped into Jerry C. and talked to him a bit in the staring corral.

Jogged to my car to get my camera. I missed Phil's finish but got pictures of Elizbeth, Patty and Cathy. Ran into Mika from DailyMile after the race.
