ate too late and too much the night before . . .need to have an earlier dinner so that I can eat a better breakfast. Didn't eat P&J sandwich while waiting for my wave.

my seat began to come loose halfway through bike. felt good on hills. if I hadn't been worried about my seat, I think I could have gone faster on hills/flats. Dropped to 20th place in my AG after the bike

sigh. the good news -- walked all the water stations and ran the complete course. thank goodness this didn't turn into a du. As always, glad I carried my own water/gatorade mix.

considering I ran twice the week before in the UK, once when racing in NH, hiked and rested my achilles, brief 4 mi run on Friday, I should not be surprised + me and heat don't mix
What would you do differently?:

pack more endurolytes. 1-2 are not enough on a hot day.
