Was a little hurried. Luckily got to the bathroom.

Not much time did about 1/2 mile w/ some sprints.

Comments:

Felt it was a good race, with a decent effort. Didn't get to warm up like I would have liked.
What would you do differently?:

Get there earlier, longer warmup. Strategically, decent race, didn't go out too fast. About 12 seconds slower than last year.

No warmdown, had to get home to drive to URI.

Course: A 2 loop course on the golf course of the VA hospital. 1st loop is mosthly flat, 2nd loop has quite a few ups and downs, including a killer right beofre the finish.
