Warm down:

Stretched a little bit and ate a burrito and a bagel.

Event comments:

Didn't train enough and was cramping on the second 5k. Should have trained harder and should have run more but having a baby takes a lot of time. Still happy that I was able to participate and did have a fairly good race for the amount that I was able to train. Also playing a lot of tennis doesn't translate into good running/biking fitness.
