Swim
Comments: i was tired lap 1 and 2 little rest at end, before lap3 and 4 i rested long time. lap 3 was hard What would you do differently?: ????i need to more endurance for the swim i need more practice Transition 1
Comments: had shoes on ran jumped on to bike and cliped in fast no issue What would you do differently?: all good Bike
Comments: Bike was ok started of slow recovery time from run, head wind on on side was strong and forced me to keep it at a comfortable pace, back side made it easy to push, i pulled my foot out of my shoes and run to T2 with no problems me and 1 other guy were racing this helped to push me What would you do differently?: go fasted on the back side where the wind was to my back Transition 2
Comments: this was bike off to T2 to pool, it went ok, shoes off noticed bloody foot kept going focus was ok was able to jog. no big deals What would you do differently?: ???? Run
Comments: it went on forever, started out fast not sure if that was best but i did it and kept and even pace, i passed a lot at the beginning and middle to end was passed by a dozen or so strong runners this was my plan and kept to it did not push on back end when passed and i want to push .. What would you do differently?: start off a little slower and build to speed Post race
Warm down: lite stretch and walk to transition area What limited your ability to perform faster: getting sick2 weeks before the race kept me from biking and swimming so i was saving some energy on the run and on the bike, getting tired on the swim kept me from going faster Event comments: race was late there were other events before it when i got there it was over cast and by the time the race started the sun was out, but there was the fear it might be to hot...
