Stretch and find an are to go to the bathroom. The lines were insane. haha
Event warmup:

None...I need to work on this, it seems like a good idea to warm up before a race..who knew..

Comments:

The runs was smooth, the start was a little tricky due to the amount of people but I was able to find a lane and get it going
What would you do differently?:

train for the event, I didnt run more than 5 miles the past 2 months I didnt have the base to really let it fly. SO next time actually train and race it rather than runnign it as a long run.

Stretch and than try to find the family in the crowd of probably over 40,000 people...yay

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not running longer distances than 5 miles in the last 2 months.

Event comments:

The race itself is nice and fast oood vibe and scenery. the post events were not very good, and they really slacked on what the runners get....we only got a shirt....in years past we got a whole bunch of stuff.....oh well at least the medal was nice...haha
