Comments: Took my time gettion out of wetsuit-I'm used to a longer run to transition area so I wasn't prepared to be at my bike so soon. Cobblestones made it difficult to get into clips. What would you do differently?: Would have kept my shoes clipped to my pedals like I usually do rather than run in the bike shoes Bike
Comments: Focused on having fun and keeping cadence high. Muscles on inside of legs became extremely sore. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2

Comments: Horrilbe run. More mentally tough than physically tough. Last mile felt uncomfortable-pressure in chest-maybe drank too much on run. What would you do differently?: Drink less, better mental preparation Post race

Up early-ate oatmeal and drank water. Set up transition area-spent too much time there-kept second quessing myself.
