Comments:

Forgot to take my wedding ring off so i ended up swimming with my left hand closed in a fist. Slowed me down and caused me to swim to the right.
What would you do differently?:

Arrive earlier to the race, warm-up in the water before the race and remove wedding ring

Wetsuit came off very easily due to Body Glide but got stuck on my right ankle due to my timing chip. Also, pinned race number to jersey. Race number got ripped off while putting on the jersey.
What would you do differently?:

Place timing chip higher on my leg in the wetsui and use a race belt to attach bib.

Could have pushed myself harder on the bike but was weary about hurting my knee again.

Use a different water bottle. Had complications with one that required too much force to squeeze.

Love my elastic laces. Got stuck behind slower people running their bikes into transition otherwise might have been slightly faster.

This is a great pre-season warmup race to get the dust off the bike and legs or a good race for beginners to get a taste of triathlons.
