Ate a bananna and a english muffin.
Event warmup:

four laps in the pool nice and easy. Ten minutes of stretching.

Felt very strong on the swim. 7:04 for the first 500 yards, hit the 27th lap with 22 seconds to go and decided to not push the last lap.
What would you do differently?:

I would have pushed to get the last lap in.

Push harder you wimp. I have no clue how to run faster.
