Warm down:

I felt good. I hadn't been training a lot for this race, mostly mentoring biking and not doing a lot on my own. Standing around for an hour and half before the swim took a lot out of me too. It was my second race so learning curve still in place.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training, no strengh training.
