Comments:

IT band on right side acted up much of the race but never to a point of stopping me just discomfort. It would come and go, acted up ever time I hit a water station.
What would you do differently?:

not run hills the week before!

a few stretches but mostly drank some beers

What limited your ability to perform faster:

right IT band issue
