Swim
Comments: Well, I still need to work on my swimming but the swim was much better than I anticipated. I was fortunate that there was a 1:30 break after me so I wasn't pressured in the water at all. Was able to maintain a smooth pace the entire swim. Felt great. What would you do differently?: Just continue working on swimming. Learn how to flip turn or at least swim under the ropes instead of ducking under. Transition 1
Comments: It was a long transition area. I actually took my time and got it done. What would you do differently?: Nothing. I think I did well in the transition. Maybe move a little faster. but all good. Bike
Comments: Pretty good on the bike. It wasn't my best effort. Nothing really wrong but I still had lots left in the tank when I was done. I do not think I attacked as much as I should have. What would you do differently?: I need to spend more time in the saddle. I have to improve my cycling. Transition 2
Comments: Did good job just dropping my helmet and getting my running shoes on. What would you do differently?: T2 went smoothly. Run

Woke up at 5:30 since the race was about 15 minutes away. Had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit (No bagels).
No really warmup. Just a little stretching.
