 Comments: Once again, training has been non-existant, so I went with consistant cadence to stay comfortable and have some gas once I hit the run. Had been playing with my seat adjustment recently - bad idea. I was really uncomfortable in the aero position as there was too much pressure in my "area". What would you do differently?: Get more riding in. ![]() Transition 2
