Comments: Ran with Scott. He started out faster that I would have which was good for me. He got a calf cramp at mile 8 and needed to stop. He was able to stretch and keep going. What would you do differently?: not much. worked hard. Post race
Warm down: rollup, soup, cocnut water, whirlpool, stream, shave, shower. What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Event comments: Good rollups and soup after race.
