Swim
Comments: The swim time reporting was really poor. I was passed by two people and passed three. Not everyone stopped at the wall; I did. What would you do differently?: I could have saved a minute or so if I had worked harder but the confusion at the start made it a little difficult. Not a bad swim and no real choice given the outside temperature. Transition 1
Comments: The run from the pool was down some wet steps and then about 300/400 meters outside barefoot. I took my time and it wasn't as cold as I thought it would be. What would you do differently?: No real choices here. I did take the time to put on a different shirt and redo my hair in transition :) Bike
Comments: I didn't see any reason to pace myself on this. I could even have rode a little harder. Quick easy course. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 2
Comments: Not terrible. What would you do differently?: Hurry up. Run
Comments: Great run for me. It took about a mile and a half to get my legs back - I need to work on bricks. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Great run. Post race
Warm down: Walked, ate some food, mingled. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training. Event comments: Great training race and awesome for beginners. I wanted to get back into racing this season and it was a great race to do it. Last updated: 2011-12-30 12:00 AM
