Pushed harder. Take corners more agressively. Carry my speed into the roller after the first turn.

Started a little slow but picked up quickly
What would you do differently?:

Cramps as I was taking my shoes off lasted to the start of my run had to stop and stretch out before I could continue. Weren't entirely gone as I started running but eventually went away

pushed pretty good. Tired just after the run. All out race b/w Ryan Murphy and Manni. Beat both at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Pretty solid run - nothing to change during the run. Salt pills / banana may have helped w/ the cramps

Warm down:

Stretch calves a lot. Post workout recovery. At everything in site.

Event comments:

First race! Disappointed but happy at the same time with the swim being cut out. Overall, felt very good w/ times.
