Broke a spoke on my rear wheel at mile 30 definitely slowed me down. was just concerned about getting back to T2.

Decided to put socks on and re apply sunscreen may have cost me a minute but it was worth it in my opinion.

Had a great run. Wanted to be under 2 hours and I was. Passed a lot of people on the run felt great. Need to try salt caps and try to find ways to prevent cramping but I ran through it and that was good too.
What would you do differently?:

Run faster haha

Ice bath sat in the pool and had ice dumped on my legs

Broken spoke and poor swim training
