A few Hills which I definitely should have practiced more. Used my mountain bike, need more experience shifting effectively.

Practice more hills. Will use a road bike next time! Learn to shift better

Could have been a bit faster since I didn't change from bike shoes to running - but my legs did not want to move and my hips were very stiff coming off the bike
