Part of a Powerbar on the drive there, and a Roctane about 30-40 minutes before racing.
Event warmup:

Warmed up about 8 laps with Nordica, did some pick-ups, stretched a bit, and got ready to go.

Felt good. Really kicked it into a different gear at 800 meters - went from 9th to 6th to 5th quickly.
What would you do differently?:

Run harder for the second 400. Always hard to judge. But happy with my time!
