Comments: started by doing the freestyle and took two breaths.then switched to swimmming with head out of water the whole time. What would you do differently?: get more comfortable in the pool. learn to swim freestyle more than 50 meters at a time. get more comfortable in ows. Transition 1

Comments: could have pushed harder on the bike. could have attacked the hills more. couldn't feel my legs until halfway through the first lap. dropped a bike bottle What would you do differently?: pushed harder on the bike. atacked the hills. pushed real hard on the first lap and ease off a little bit on the second lap. not drop a bike bottle. get out of the saddle about 1/2 mile from dismount line. Warm down: walked around for about 5 minutes What limited your ability to perform faster: mentally i was to afraid of blowing up on the run. didn't know how to pace myself to bike and run fast. complete lack of swimming ability.
