Comments: I was sure I'd be unable to do 1:30 so was expecting another 1:35 - paced slow for the first 4 or so then picked it up to 4:15 and still felt good so 4:10-4:15 to the end. Reeled in 3 people that had passed me much earlier, felt nice. What would you do differently?: Have faith, go harder. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Winter training always sucks and have winter weight on (exactly same as last year). Still was 5 mins faster. This is good. Event comments: Buffet breakfast at Ft Calgary - I still think they should start/end the race from there rather than having everyone drive there afterwards... Last updated: 2012-01-10 12:00 AM
