Comments: Took 3 cups water at each stop one on head one on back and drank one, used fuel belt with hammer gels 2bottles, nutrition worked well, started off at 8:30 passed and tried to hold it steady, one split at 9, the coolness saved me Post race

clear and 74 on arrival but dropped to 68 at start and became overcast all day, few rain drops, really benefited from being in the 4th wave, bike course was sparse at the start and lots of bikes in transition still, I knew it would be cool and allow me too push harder and tried to take advantage of it
