Comments:

Cramped badly about mile 16 and walked for 7 miles. Took in fluids and bananas to get it fixed. Tested it ever mile and it wouldn't let loose. Ran the last 3 miles in a 8:00 pace.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure, first time with major cramps.
