Very hot out for run. It was over 100 degrees at that point so kept the run under control. Never pushed to hard. I did not want to blow up and not finish.

Nothing. Very Hot day no need to push.

Walked around and sat in the shade. Very hot.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat. Very Hot and humid.

Event comments:

Good race but would have liked to do the Half Ironman but the heat was to much.
