Pre-race routine:

Drove down with Kim, had plenty of time to get registered and in transisiton. Not much of a warm-up.

SMOKING and training.

Event comments:

I think they are going to change the bike course for next year, so I won't be able to track my improvement. Will do it again.

Course: Rolling hills, some were pretty good sized. Had not rode much leading up with the group, so this was harder than it COULD have been. Last 2 miles were patchy and pot holes, bad ending to course (although this was the downhill section of the course.)
