Comments:

Got pushed into a curb approx 3.5 miles into the run. Overextended right side trying to keep from falling. Quads tightened up I think trying to compensate for the stiffness.
Walked some; tried to keep to the 4/1 like IMFL.
What would you do differently?:

Post race
Warm down:

walking finish chute; walking around finish area. Walked to bus loading to return to start/parking.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I am slow.

Event comments:

They changed the packet pickup location to a conference center because they had an "expo" - pretty lame with few vendors.
Clothes bag drop-off was terrible. very long lines and poorly managed and staffed.
Aid station volunteers were great. Lots of spectators along the route. This is a fun race overall.
