Comments: side stitch at mile 9.5-11.5 - too much water?? I never drank more than 1/4 cup. sweaty enough to drink. What would you do differently?: drink only when thirsty - but a fine line - since once behind - tough to get enough water. Post race
Warm down: high knees/butt kicks What limited your ability to perform faster: allergy was hurting me - tough to get enough air.
