Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 7:30 ate a bit and relaxed till Erin got over. She bought a friend with her and at around 8 we head off to the school. After getting there just gt my number relaxed, stretched and a bit of warming up.

Comments:

Started the race feeling great though i had to pee just before the first mile, ugh. Got through to Khor feeling great and fast, paced myself up the monster and ending the first 5K in about 22'. Going down to the bluff i met and ran with a guy whos name i forgot and by mile 5 i was feeling a tad tired to be honest. Getting towards the 10K mark i was really thinking im going to PR for the split and guess what!? Broke it by a minute! Just before the 7 mile mark things got shitty...pun intended...and had to stop in the bushes to relieve myself, costed me 40 seconds but i dodnt really care since its early in the season. After that i cruised painfully those last 2 miles to the finish and got a solid time. a few minutes later i saw Erin finish in 1:12:xx.
What would you do differently?:

not have to relieve myself twice during a race!

Of course its too hard because I'm not at 100% yet! I'll make sure to break an hour next year!
