What would you do differently?: Bi-lateral breathing Transition 1
Comments: This transition area was much smaller and I was in a much better position then I was in Cohasset. I decided last night to do without the socks for both the run and bike it helped save time. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Good ride. It was fun. Transition 2
Comments: I struggled with getting my shoes on. What would you do differently?: Lace locks Run
Comments: I did great. Felt a couple of cramps coming on in my calves at first but they went away. My hip as a non-factor, but not quite 100%. Ran in the sand and still did 20 min. Good run. What would you do differently?: More water on the bike to avoid cramps. Post race
Warm down: Nothing :-( What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough running since Cohasset but that will change in the next 3 weeks as my hip continues to heal. Event comments: I'm totally stoked. Great day, great race. Did what I needed to do on the swim and run. My bike benefited from all of the bike work that I've done instead of the running over the last 4 weeks. Last updated: 2012-01-27 12:00 AM
