Comments: First 200 meters was terrible! Nearly panicked. Could not find my groove or rhythm; couldn't pass because I couldn't come up with a burst of speed. Settled down after forcing myself to do the proper swim techniques. What would you do differently?: RELAX! Perhaps get with better swimmers to avoid the slow, clogged lanes. Transition 1
Comments: slow, but wasn't rushing. Put left sock on wrong, but did not know it. Extra towel was critical. What would you do differently?: Pick up the pace. Bike
