First 200 meters was terrible! Nearly panicked. Could not find my groove or rhythm; couldn't pass because I couldn't come up with a burst of speed. Settled down after forcing myself to do the proper swim techniques.
What would you do differently?:

RELAX! Perhaps get with better swimmers to avoid the slow, clogged lanes.

felt very slow, but had good overall time. was hoping for a final lap kick, but couldn't dig deep enough to make it happen. Having Anderson set the pace helped.
