Dumped water on my head at each aid station
Drank either heed or cola at each station
Tried the lance Armstrong ice in the hat thing at mile 8 when I started falling apart, started getting a headache from it and dumped it out
Walked through a couple of the later aid stations
Really happy I held my pace in line for the start of the run, I usually take off too hard and pay for it

What would you do differently?:

Dumping the water on my head got my shoes wet which was not the most comfortable thing, caused some blisters, not sure what to do about this though

Drank water, sprite, ate food, hung out with my team mates

Drank too much on the bike

Course: Fairly flat with some rolling hills, no real sustained climbs. Some stiff crosswinds across the exposed areas of the 2 loop course. One sketchy spot where we were routed through a parking lot due to construction, watched a guy I was back and forth with go into the woods off a 90 degree left turn Clif bar at mile 10, gel every 10 miles after that, 2 and half bottles of Gatorade, 1/2 bottle of energy drink (caffeine)
