Comments: I didn't drink enough on the bike and then stopped and had a big skull of drink before taking off on the run which would have cost me some time. What would you do differently?: Drink more on the bike ![]() Run
Comments: Legs were really weak after the bike, the first 1km felt like 2km! After that legs improved, went at a good pace, happy with it. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Stretched then waited an hour for a massage. What limited your ability to perform faster: water in goggles. Event comments: Beautiful spot on the South Coast of NSW.
