Went out fast and goggles filled up with water, spent the whole race unable to see very well and it mucked with my navigation.
What would you do differently?:

Not play with goggles so much.

I didn't drink enough on the bike and then stopped and had a big skull of drink before taking off on the run which would have cost me some time.

Legs were really weak after the bike, the first 1km felt like 2km! After that legs improved, went at a good pace, happy with it.

Stretched then waited an hour for a massage.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

water in goggles.

Event comments:

Beautiful spot on the South Coast of NSW. The weather was sensational, the water was a perfect temperature and it wasn't too hot for running in. Highly recommend it!
