Listening as bit of music, drinking a lot of water, looking the race site, looking the transition zone, making sure everything is prepare for the transition.

Drinking a lot of water before, good start, good stroke, got some pain in the neck due to bad sleeping, no gel before the start, cramping after 900 mts, orientation started to be bad.
What would you do differently?:

Nutrition and train more orientation.

Good pedaling, leg's in line, no power in the legs in the beginning, cramping in the 1st round, a lot of wind!!!

Have more power and strong in the leg's and wind trainning.
