Wet feet took longer to putin shoes. Shirt got stuck getting put on. Was off my stride and didn't jump on my bike. Bike started in wrong gear.
What would you do differently?:

Get a road bike!!! I was riding my 17 year old mountain bike with road tires that had not been tuned up in a year.
