I felt much better than last year and thought my pace was better but it really wasn't. so I'm bummed about it. I know i just listened to my body and did what felt right, but I wish I could keep a better pace here.
What would you do differently?:

speed work. more bricks in training. push myself a little during the run.

I give this race a 5 because of location mostly. Also it's a nice small race. easy for spectators to enjoy it.
